Excendia can be installed as an internal enterprise solution or used as a cloud service. In both configurations, Excendia provides the same virtual assistant and safe mobility services. For hosted services, you can signup with a local service provider and manage your account on the Web. As an enterprise solution, Excendia integrates with your PBX and corporate messaging systems.

Can one Excendia system work for all branches of our company?

Yes, Excendia can be used as the virtual assistant for all your employees across different office branches. As long as the branches are linked with SIP telephony, Excendia can be shared, because it natively supports SIP telephony.
