Excendia uses speech technology to understand your commands and read text back to you over the telephone. You can speak to order Excendia to read your e-mails, lookup your calendar, schedule your meetings, or call your contacts by name. You can also use the speech interface to manage your user profile, your call forwarding and other options. But this does not mean that speech is the only way to command Excendia. In noisy environments, users may switch to touchtone commands. Excendia is designed for multilingual applications. It natively supports English and French either together or separately.
