No. You don’t have to replace your PBX. You can use Excendia in conjunction with your existing PBX. The only requirement is for your PBX to support SIP phones because Excendia uses the SIP protocol to communicate with telephone systems. Some PBXs may require hardware or software options to support SIP extensions. Check with you PBX vendor for details.
