- To listen to a voice mail, you simply select it in your Inbox and a media application will play it for you immediately. You can also forward it as an e-mail to any contact in your address book.
- You can do the same thing with your faxes. Simply click on the fax message in your Inbox and a fax viewer displays it on your screen instantly. Your fax is now an electronic document, so you can print it or forward it to anyone in your contact list.
And because your voice mail and faxes are treated as e-mails, you can use
the rich set of e-mail functions to manage them. You can organize all faxes,
e-mails and voice messages associated with a particular project or client in
a single electronic folder on your computer.
