Excendia Web Manager is a Web-based interface that enables users and administrators to manage Excendia services from anywhere in the world

As a User, Excendia Web Manager enables you to manage your account profile and communications using a Web browser. More specifically, you can use Web Manager for the following tasks:

  • manage your Excendia services (Outlook-by-Phone and Smart Phone Number)
  • manage your profile and telephone numbers
  • create and manage your contacts directly on the Web Manager site
  • configure your mail access information
  • set your status to "in-meeting", "out-of-office" or "unavailable"
  • forward your calls to a specific location
  • set your notification preferences
  • program your call forwarding schedules
  • view and print your call logs.


As a System Administrator, the Excendia Web Manager enables you to perform a variety of administrative tasks:

User management functions such as:

  • Add, edit or delete user accounts
  • set user permissions

System management functions such as:

  • set system preferences
  • set system permissions
  • activate and deactivate services
  • manage company accounts
  • manage pool of user DIDs and 800 numbers
  • view and print system activity reports
